- Free consultation. We visit the site and gather the requirements. There's no commitment at this stage. We'll assess whether we're a good fit for the project, and advise on the cost of the design — which depends on the site's size and project requirements.
- Design. We produce an interactive network design overlaid on your site's plans, showing exactly where each access point, camera, and any other hardware will go — allowing us to simulate WiFi coverage and prevent blind spots in cameras' fields of view. You'll also receive a full equipment list with prices and a quotation for installation and configuration. - Cabling. We lay the cables that form the infrastructure. On new builds we coordinate with your builder so the cabling is in place ready for us to terminate and connect.
- Installation. We terminate and test the cables, mount the hardware, and configure the network. We hand it over with full documentation — or stay on as administrator if you'd prefer ongoing management.
Where we work
We're based where Surrey, Hampshire and West Sussex meet, and cover roughly a 25-mile radius — including Woking, Guildford, Farnborough, Farnham, Basingstoke, Winchester, Southampton, Portsmouth, Worthing and Horsham. Not sure if you're in range? Give us a call and our friendly staff will advise.
Maintenance and support
We offer ongoing maintenance contracts that include remote monitoring, firmware updates, configuration changes, and a priority response time. We're also available on an ad-hoc basis.
